Our management team has decades of combined experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. We are committed to understanding the true needs of all our interested parties. We focus on continual improvement, defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the automotive industry.
Our inspection process
We conduct meticulous quality assurance procedures at every stage of production. We’re actively involved at the planning stage of all new products and oversee the manufacture of all fixtures to measure parts for accuracy.
Tracking and Tracing
Tracking & tracing We track using the raw material coil number and assign in as a lot number. The boxes or totes of parts produced from that coil are each assigned a label with a unique serial number or lot number. That number is then noted on your shipping documents so you can easily keep track of every piece.
